LA TRESCA IN IRELAND

-AUGUST 25/26/27 2016 LA TRESCA ON TOUR IN IRELAND:
A wonderful Tour and Dramtune gathering in Ireland where the Italian Trad/Folk band La Tresca brought their music to the legendary Matt Molloy’s pub in Westport-County Mayo (august 25), to the amazing Doolin Beer & Food Festival in County Clare (august 26) where also our Dramtune friend from Westport Brian Duffy played his music.
On saturday august 27 La Tresca played their final gig in another Irish temple of music: the Seamus Ennis Centre in Naul-County Dublin (august 27), where La Tresca opened an enchanting musicnight together with The Bonny Men and Sharon Shannon….
La Tresca is based in Central Italy around the Lake of Bolsena in the north of Lazio and close to the borders with Umbria and Tuscany.
Their music reflects the vibrant and timeless spirit of italian traditional music, combined with their own beautiful folk songs and occasional hints of ska and reggea….
La Tresca are together for 16 years, released 5 albums and played over 500 concerts in Italy and several other european countries.
The Dramtune foundation is very proud and happy to see this all happen, connecting friends and musicians can lead to wonderful things like this Irish tour of La Tresca…
